our history

The Cheltenham Township Community Development Corporation was formed in 2004 to promote economic development within Cheltenham Township, to increase tax ratables for the Township and the Cheltenham School District, and to improve quality of life. At the urging of the Township Commissioners, the CTCDC Board of Directors has been recently reconstituted and the organization reinvigorated in order to spearhead community development efforts within the Township.
