The Cheltenham Township Community Development Corporation (CTCDC) is a non-profit organization founded by and comprised of Township residents. Started at the request of the Economic Development Task Force in 2004, our goal is to improve the quality of life and increase the real estate tax base in Cheltenham Township by working to foster enhancements to commercial, industrial, residential and public space properties.
